EROSKI pays €14.8 million in interest to investors in contributions
Since 2002, annual interest payments have exceeded 509 million

Elorrio, January 30, 2026.- EROSKI it will pay next Monday, February 2, the annual interest corresponding to the Subordinated Financial Contributions (AFS) with a remuneration at a rate of 5.535% for the emissions of 2002 and 2004, and 5.035% for the emission of 2007. In total, EROSKI will pay EUR 14.8 million in interest to the holders of its investment securities.
Since EROSKI launched its first AFS issuance in 2002, the cooperative has promptly fulfilled its annual interest remuneration commitment, already paying a total of €509.4 million to its investors. The remuneration of AFS, is referenced to the Euribor plus a 3-point differential for AFS emissions between 2002 and 2004, and a differential of 2.5% for AFS emissions in 2007.
With this payment, an investor who acquired AFS in 2002 has already received 108.1% of the amount of his initial interest investment. An investor with AFS since 2004 has already charged 95.7% in interest, while the 2007 investor has paid 69.4% of the value of his investment.
For the year 2026, interest is set at a rate of 5,246% (2,246% + 3% spread) for AFS emissions between 2002 and 2004, and 4,746% (2,246% + 2.5% spread) for AFS emissions in 2007, which will be paid next year.
