We have an Equality Plan 2023-2027 and an Equality Observatory active since 2005 to ensure real and effective equality between women and men throughout the organization.

We developed a preventive and individualized Psychological Aid Program that has allowed us to offer 635 consultations in the last year, helping to reduce almost 9% of lost work days.

We have a preventive physiotherapy program and digital tools for physical care, reducing the risk of injuries and promoting healthy habits at work.

Medical
well-being

Through LANKIT SALUD EROSKI we facilitate access to specialists in different areas of health, guaranteeing comprehensive, close and accessible medical care.
