LetsCook, winners of the first EROSKI Venture Program 2023

EROSKI and the LetsCook startup joined forces for the first year of the Venture Program. Together, we laid out an ambitious plan that included defining joint opportunities, conceptualizing new value proposals, and then validating the same. LetsCook, with its innovative subscription platform for gourmet menus, stood out by offering a wide range of recipes and ingredients for its users. Its goals, perfectly aligned with the values at EROSKI, aimed to save users’ time, promote a healthy and varied diet, and reduce food waste.

“Working with EROSKI provided many learning opportunities, one of the most important of which was seeing the potential of our startup business model in a large consumer context.”.

Gustav Johansson
Co-founder of LetsCook
