The ELIKAERA project is framed within the Etorkizuna Eralkiz – Misioak 2023 Program for Responsible Consumption that is run by the Gipuzkoa provincial government.  This project, led by OSOIGO and in collaboration with EROSKI and ACEDE, proposes a participation strategy to respond to the challenges faced by society regarding responsible consumption and shopping habits, environment, and culture, among others.

The main objective of the ELIKAERA project is to develop a digital tool to transform and improve the behavior and commitment of the people of Gipuzkoa regarding responsible consumption.  This application will enable, interact, and incentivize the improvement of sustainable and healthy consumption in society.

In the ELIKAERA project, EROSKI, committed to its customer-centric focus, has carried out consumer workshops because it deeply values the opinions and perspectives of its customers.  These workshops provide an interactive space where the customer’s voice becomes the focal point for understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.  By prioritizing direct feedback from those who choose their products and services, EROSKI is not only proving their commitment to transparency and openness, but is also using these valuable contributions to continually adjust and improve their product offer, thereby ensuring that it optimally satisfies their customers’ demands and desires.  This proactive, active-listening focus reflects EROSKI’s firm conviction that consumer participation is essential for building solid relationships and to continue evolving in harmony with their changing needs.
