gesti\u00f3 de persones en la nostra organitzaci\u00f3 es caracteritza per la particularitat que som persones treballadores, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 propiet\u00e0ries: 9.258 persones de la plantilla d'EROSKI som S\u00f2cies i Socis Treballadors (el 32 % del total), un fet que ens fa participants de la gesti\u00f3 cooperativa de l'empresa. Aquesta condici\u00f3 es tradueix en un element diferencial del Grup EROSKI davant d'altres empreses de distribuci\u00f3: una actitud proactiva i un elevat nivell de comprom\u00eds amb el projecte que es reflecteix en l'acompliment en tots els nivells de l'organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p>L'ocupaci\u00f3 que vam crear segueix el nostre model de gesti\u00f3 i el nostre comprom\u00eds amb la plantilla,
