la nostra organitzaci\u00f3 es caracteritza per la particularitat que som treballadores i treballadors i, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 som propiet\u00e0ries i propietaris: 9.796 persones de la plantilla d\u2019EROSKI som S\u00f2cies i Socis Treballadors (el 32,6 % del total), fet que ens fa participants en la gesti\u00f3 cooperativa d\u2019empresa.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\tAquesta condici\u00f3 es tradueix en un element diferencial del Grup EROSKI davant d\u2019altres empreses de distribuci\u00f3: una actitud proactiva i un elevat nivell de comprom\u00eds amb el projecte, que es reflecteix en els resultats en tots els \u00e0mbits de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\tL\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 que creem segueix el nostre model de gesti\u00f3 i el nostre comprom\u00eds amb la Per fer-ho, establim anualment programes formatius i pr\u00e0ctiques no laborals per als col\u00b7lectius amb m\u00e9s dificultats d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral, per mitj\u00e0 de convenis de formaci\u00f3 ocupacional signats amb els serveis d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablics o amb diferents organitzacions, com la Creu Roja. Aquesta organitzaci\u00f3, amb una traject\u00f2ria de m\u00e9s de 50 anys, treballa per promoure l\u2019educaci\u00f3, la qualitat de vida i la inserci\u00f3 laboral de les persones amb discapacitat intel\u00b7lectual, malaltia mental i en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat. Es va inaugurar l\u2019any passat i compta amb una plantilla de 12 persones amb edats compreses entre els 21 i els 59 anys.
